OUR PARTNERS

With a mission to construct a Antarctica's own rover, we are grateful to collaborate with various companies and institutes. Their support allows Team Polar to continue to connect with students, researchers and industry. The names for the tiers of support are inspired by penguin names and their order reflects the height of those species. Thus, the levels are in decreasing order of height: Emperor, Gentoo, Chinstrap, Adélie.

The Eindhoven University of Technology is where most of Team Polar's members study and obtain their degrees. It is also the home of our team, as we are located on their campus. The university supports us financially, gives us space to operate and shares expertise with us, allowing us to get closer to building the Antarctic rover.

TNO offers diverse consulting to our team, primarily aiding battery development. Their testing facilities are crucial for Antarctic resilience testing, ensuring components endure extreme conditions.
