BOARD MEMBER

The Board Member role focuses on strategic leadership and the team's long-term vision. Its goal is to ensure continuity, accountability, and alignment with the final team's mission. Working closely with management members, the board provides oversight, represents the team externally, and keeps track of the organisational structure, partnerships, and decision-making processes that enable the team to operate professionally and sustainably. ​

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and monitor strategic goals and long-term direction.

  • Represent the image of the Team to external parties and institutions.

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and internal accountability.

  • Support and supervise management members.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strategic thinking and decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of organisational structures.

  • Leadership and communication.

  • Problem-solving at an organisational level.

  • Ability to take responsibility and act impartially
