Management

The Management role is centred on translating strategic objectives into concrete actions and results. Management members coordinate day-to day operationg within the team and sub-teams, guiding sub-teams and ensuring​ that projects progress efficiently, collaboratively, and in line with the board's strategic framework as well as the team's goals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute operational activities for each subteam.

  • Lead and support the members of the team.

  • Monitor the progress made, make timelines, and check-on deliverables

  • Make communication between the subteams, their outcomes and challenges to the board

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Organised, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong communication and critical-analysis skills.

  • Project and people management, task division and understanding of the project.

  • Understanding of the technical and organisational structure of the team.

  • Ability to manage workload and responsibilities.

  • Resilience and adaptability, reorganising the team when facing challenges.
