
Management
The Management role is centred on translating strategic objectives into concrete actions and results. Management members coordinate day-to day operationg within the team and sub-teams, guiding sub-teams and ensuring​ that projects progress efficiently, collaboratively, and in line with the board's strategic framework as well as the team's goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and execute operational activities for each subteam.

Lead and support the members of the team.

Monitor the progress made, make timelines, and check-on deliverables

Make communication between the subteams, their outcomes and challenges to the board
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Organised, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Strong communication and critical-analysis skills.

Project and people management, task division and understanding of the project.

Understanding of the technical and organisational structure of the team.

Ability to manage workload and responsibilities.
