BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Associate. You will be responsible for networking and acquisitions for Team Polar. This role will require an individual who can identify opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with potential partners and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify potential acquisition targets through research and networking

Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and develop proposals for the team

Work closely with the team to develop acquisition strategies and negotiate terms with potential partners

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

Collaborate with other subteams to ensure successful integration of acquisitions and partnerships

Attend industry events and conferences to identify potential opportunities and maintain relationships

Assist in the development of business plans and presentations

Provide support to other members of the team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with acquisitions a plus

Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients
